He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Casper and Esther R. Haynes Weakley; and his brother Eugene E. Weakley. He is survived by: his wife Lily Mae Weakley; his daughters, Deborah L. Hauger (William) and Valorie D. Eppard (James); and his sisters, Virginia C. Clyburn of Culpeper, Marilyn R. Hensley of Culpeper, Emily C. Embrey of King George and Doris J. Dodson of Frederick, Maryland. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
