She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Nelson and Patricia Ruth Wertz (Robinson); her husband Thomas C. Devine; her sister Anna Mae Stevens (Wertz); her parents-in-law, Joseph J Devine, Sr. and Margaret Devine (Kennedy); her brother-in-law Albert B. Devine; her nephew Brian Devine; her brother Charles Wertz; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph J. Devine, Jr., Sandra Wertz (Stoltz) and Nettie Devine (Rivellia).

She is survived by: her child Corann; her friend Mary Ann Rogers; her children, Sallie Jensen (Terry) of Penn Yan, NY, David Devine (Sharon) of Fredericksburg and Donald Devine (Stephanie) of Statesboro, GA.; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Devine and Johnny Stevens. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
