She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Milstead and Lena Milstead (Mastin); her daughter Dinah L. Bourne; her granddaughter Wendy M. Tuck; and her sister-in-law Betty Jean Milstead.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Bourne of Fredericksburg; her brother Carlton Milstead, Jr. of Lively; her son-in-law John Ashby of Stafford; her grandchildren, Sherry Ashby Leon (Ricardo) of Leominster, MA and Eddie Caceros (Sandra) of Temple; and her nephews, David Milstead of Richmond, Michael Milstead of Stafford and John Milstead of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
