He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frazier and Telsa Frazier (Cathy); and his son Donald. He is survived by: his children, Shannon and Michael; his sister Linda Cameron; his sisters-in-law, Judy Kidd and Debi Neeley; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Cheyenne, Autumn, Tessa, Tyler Frazier and Trey Bartlett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
