Charles Samuels Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2018, at the age of 78, Charles Samuels (Fredericksburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Cecilia DeGraef. He is survived by: his son Kyle DeGraef; his stepson Jason DeGraef (Brianna); and his sisters, Kaye Ervin (Wayne) and Cindy Cook (Robert). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nephews, great nieces, cousins, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Jack's family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.
