He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Newton; and his parents, Jesse W. Newton Sr. and Eva Newton. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Newton (Terry), Cathy Henderson (Troy), Lisa Duer (Gary) and Lori McCarty (Billy); his grandchildren, Brandi Shelton, Andrea Perry, Jami Newton, Eric Henderson, Jacob Duer, Joshua Duer and Kimberly Brown; and his siblings, Jesse W. Newton Jr., Shirley Smith, Barbara Armstrong, Christine Newton, Ronnie Newton, David Newton and Dana Newton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
