He is survived by: his parents, Charles H. Clark and Evelyn Clark; his wife Maria Teresa Clark; his sons, Alfredo C. Guzman and George G. Guzman; his grandchildren, Celina, Nubia, Elisa, Eric, Jack, Sam and Jeremy; and his sister Linda Bonner (William) of Brooksville.
