With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Terese Graves of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Patty Bolt and Richard Graves. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Inscoe, Rebecca Davis and Jason Jarrell; her grandchildren, Haynes Davis IV, Riley Inscoe, Megan Inscoe and McKinley Jarrell; and her siblings, Jim Graves, Karen Graves, Donna Lottig and Scott Graves.
