He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jenna Vito (Robert) of Midlothian, Matthew Kirk of Fredericksburg and Sonya Jacobs (Lee) of Remington; his siblings, Franklin "Cotton" Kirk (Carla) of Front Royal and Grace Kirk Huffman of Greenville, VA; and his granddaughters, Clara, Kennedy and Brittany. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew and extended family.
