She is survived by: her husband George Payne of Fredericksburg; her daughter Darlene Payne-Napper (Michael) of Aldie, VA; her grandson Nicholas Clarkson of Nashville, TN.; and her siblings, Patricia White of Silver Spring, Linda White of Warrenton and Richard White (Jackie) of Warrenton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
