He is survived by: his pet Brandi; his wife Nicole Fudrow; his parents, Frank Fudrow and Judy Fudrow; his sister Stephanie Rublein (Nico); his grandparents, Fritz, Judi Fudrow, Jim and Marie O'Donnell; his nephew Finnegan Rublein; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Patsy Staples; his brother-in-law Shawn Staples; his godson William Rose; and his close friends, Jeremy Rose and Adam Collins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
