He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Walter and Augusta Card. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Kinney; his stepdaughters, Kristen Brown and Jenny Chandler; his sister Evelyn Nelson; and his wife Betty Card. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
