She was predeceased by: her father Eldon G. Sexton. She is survived by: her mother Judith Sexton; her husband Rick Owens; her sons, Richard and Alexander Owens; and her siblings, Eldon Sexton, Jr., Toni Enfield and Shelly Pierjok.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Fredericksburg (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
