He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Martin; his wife Wilma Hall; and his brother Billy Jarrett. He is survived by: his sons, James Jarrett (Cathy) of Ashburn, VA and Jeffrey Jarrett (Kristine) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Ella, Alex of Ashburn, Alyssa and Lindsey of Wilmington; his brother Mark Jarrett (Virginia) of Reidsville, NC; his nephews, David, Christopher, Caleb and Samuel Jarrett; and his niece Amanda Hatcher.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bobby's name to Fredericksburg Baptist Church Food Pantry, the First Tee program of Greater Washington, DC, or the Cancer Research Institute, Inc.
