He is survived by: his wife Brenda Claytor Martin; his children, Ronald Martin (Kristin) of Fredericksburg, VA, Susan Batol of Fairfax, VA and Gary Martin (Brenda) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Katielynn Dixon of Clarksville, TN, Michael Martin (Sarah) of Fredericksburg, VA, Timothy Batol (Margalit) of Fairfax, VA, Austin Martin (Kaley) of Columbus, OH, Stephanie Batol of Fairfax, VA, Tyler Martin of Clarksville, TN and Autumn Graham (Dustin) of Clarksville, TN; his great grandchildren, Brenleigh Hill of Clarksville, TN, Rooney Graham of Clarksville, TN, Elias Batol of Fairfax, VA, Mila Batol of Fairfax, VA and Harbren Fink of Clarksville, TN; and his brothers, Clifford Martin of Dallas, TX and Robert Martin of Orange County, FL..
Billy continued in this volunteer work until things were being closed due to Covid.
