She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert Irons and Sherry Freeze. She is survived by: her children, Michael Duncan (Vicki) and Christine Zaben (Monte); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Zaben (Jenn), Allison Pavlack (Andy), Michael Duncan and David Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary Washington Hospice.
