She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Hanscomb; her children, Scott Godfrey and Julie Pierce (Elgin); her stepchildren, Ken Hanscomb and Laura Surak; her grandchildren, Christine Thompson, Daniel Campomezzi and Averey Smith; her great grandchildren, Emma Rice, Skylar Pierce, Kai Pierce, Josiah Thompson and Jedidiah Thompson; her niece Dodie Whitt; and her sister-in-law Diane Denison Bressan.
