It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Collins (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brown and Bernice Davis Brown; her brother Milton Brown; and her brother-in-law Thomas Collins. She is survived by: her husband John Collins, Sr.; her son John Collins, Jr. of Fredericksburg, VA; her sisters, Carolyn Edwards (James R.) and Brenda Walker (Stanley) of Spotsylvania, VA; and her siblings-in-law, James Collins (Alberta), Beulah, Dorothy and Margaret Collins.
