With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Payne Truslow of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband William "Welford" Truslow; her sister Lucy Payne Willard; her friends, Diana, David, Julia, Ouris, Dave and Glen; and her caregiver Sylvia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She asked that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA of Stafford to assist with their care.
