She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Seay. She is survived by: her sister Hazel; her daughters, Donna Manning (Tom) of Fredericksburg and Wanda Wright of Palmyra; and her grandchildren, Jay Manning, Joshua Wright and Samantha Wright. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
