He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin A. Fletcher and Susie A. Fletcher of Washington; and his siblings, Lewis, Clinton, Scott, Reuben Fletcher and Mary Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Williams; his daughter Karen Waters (Marvin); his siblings, Horace Lindsay, Jr. (Cora) and Doris "Jean" Minor (John); his sisters-in-law, Ladonia Fletcher, Shelva Fletcher, Helen Coleman and Frances Jones; his niece Janice Jones; and his friends, Deacon Royce Rock and Ronald Thompson. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
