Luke (Amy), Stacy Gulick, Tina Brawner, Ryan Ansted, Glenn Ansted, Todd O'Brien, Chad O'Brien and Nicholas Brawner; her great grandchildren, Jeffery Gulick, Jessica Gulick, Michael Brawner, Bastian Luke, Charles Christian, Beau Luke, Anna Luke and Zoe Gulick; and her caregivers, Lydia Jannah and Sandy Ames.
