He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn "Joan" Hall of Chestertown, MD; his daughters, Jeanie Seay (Don) and Tammy King (Ken); his grandchildren, Nikki, Tiffany, Zachary, Lauren, Rebecca, Jodi, Aniah, Azariah, Elias, Elijah, Justine and Alexis; his sister Peggy Johnson; his sons, Bobby Hall (Norma) and Mike Hall (Crystal); his son-in-law Don Seay; and his grandsons, Zac Seay, Matt King and Patrick Robinson.
