He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mitchell; his children, Joy Elliott (Deane) of Woodbridge, VA and Andrew of Springfield, VA; his stepdaughters, Krystal Webb (Bill) of Carolina Beach, NC and Shanna Walker of Fredericksburg, VA; and his sister Jeanne Bookhart (Sophie Mae) of Anderson, SC.
