He is survived by: his children, Tracy Corbin (Danny) of Orange, Michael Phillips (Charlsa) of Culpeper, Timothy Phillips (Chasity Clore) of Culpeper and Benjamin Phillips (Kim) of Culpeper; his sister Joyce Youngs; and his grandchildren, Victoria Phillips-Nicholson (John), Maddie Phillips, Olivia Phillips, Ella Phillips of Timothy, Christina Cottoms (Taquan), Jessica Clatterbuck (Brian), Cora Phillips and Chloe Phillips. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
