She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Slasman Mondak (Michael), Peggy Slasman (Gerry Sarnie) and Laurie Slasman Long (John D.); and her grandchildren, Jessica Slasman Long, Victoria Slasman Long, William Slasman Sarnie, Laura Slasman Sarnie, Andrew Mondak and Daniel Mondak. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
