She was predeceased by: her parents, Erma Tessie and Joseph White, Sr.; her husband Fletcher; her sons, Albert Sr. and Joseph Sr.; her grandson Cortez Allen; and her siblings, Joseph White, Jr., Carlton White, Jenny McHenry and Patsy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Billy A. Tibbs, Sr. (Kaye) and DeLois Tibbs-Allen (Fred); her grandchildren, Lesley Walker, Michelle Beanum, Joseph Tibbs, Jr., Sheona Tibbs-Morton, Billy Tibbs, Jr., Amanda Tibbs, Albert Tibbs Jr., Dwight Tibbs, Monica Tibbs-Kent, Marcus Preston, Shaetiah Preston, Stacey Fisher, Byron Allen and Fred Allen IV; her siblings, Ann Dawson and Leonard White (Dorothy); her daughter-in-law Brenda Tibbs; and her sister-in-law Jeannette White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
