He was predeceased by: his father Charles Churchill. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his children, Albert F. Traylor, Jr. (Barbara), Charles Ray Traylor (Dorothy) and Susan Patton O'Toole (Tim); his grandchildren, Corey B. Patton (Candy), Cindy Foundos (Butch) and Colleen O'Toole; and his great grandchildren, Josh Hassinger, Peyton O'Toole, Liam O'Toole, Bailey Slaughter, Ana Foundos, Kelsea O'Toole and Ellianna O'Toole.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
