It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes N. Tubella of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Noche and Carrie Lowe Noche; and her siblings, Cecilia Anastasia Domiko, Constance Wood and Nicholas Harold Noche.
She is survived by: her husband Captain Manuel Tubella, Jr.; her daughters, Carrie T. Rehberg (Richard) and Kelly A. Tubella; her grandchildren, Adam Rehberg (Sarah) and Lindsay Rehberg; and her great grandchildren, Samuel Pitner III, Mekai Sturdivant, Matthias Rehberg, Selah Rehberg and Josephine Rehberg. She is also survived by six nieces and two nephews.
