It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Ann Mills (Franktown, Virginia), born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack O. Mills and Carla Mills (Fleckenstein) of Virginia Beach, Virginia.. She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Heady of Chincoteague and Kris Shepherd of Vancouver; her siblings, Andrea Coulson of Salisbury, Shelley Mills of Los Angeles and Bruce Mills of Paso Robles; and her grandchildren, Robert Heady, Kyle Shepherd and Drew Shepherd.
