With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mike Rouke of Franktown, Virginia, born in Wilmington, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2024 at the age of 86. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his daughters, Kelly Moore Rouke and Courtney Rouke Karres. He is also survived by his son-in-law.
