He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howard Hall and Susie Heywood Hall; his wife Nancy Saunders Hall; his siblings, Dorothy Nicholson, Cathy Paul, Thomas H. Hall, Jr. and Michael Ray Hall; his stepson Dean Harrell; and his grandson Andrew Harrell.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Darlene Smithwick and Donna Sykes (Stanley); his grandchildren, Ronnie Smithwick (Emilie), Bridget Parr (Philip), Dustin Sykes and Breanne Harrell; his great grandchildren, Payton Smithwick, Kaylee Smithwick, Tenley Smithwick, Colton Wade, Waylen Parr and Kinslee Wade; his nieces, Amy Salvitti (Matthew) and Wendy Freeman (Richard); his great-nieces, Alexis Salvitti and Skylar Freeman; his great-nephew Reed Freeman; and his close friends, Wendy McCourry and Randy Gardner.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or any favorite charity.
