He is survived by: his father Melton Rawls Cobb; his sisters, Cathy Felts (David) of Sedley and Amy Cobb of Virginia Beach; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Felts, Madison Ellis, Aaron Felts, Amanda Pittman (Ryan) and Meredith Speight (John Roger); his great-nephews, Thomas Pittman, Clayton Ellis and John Earl Speight; and his brother-in-law Robert Earl Ellis Jr..
