Joe, Louise Whitney, Mary Parrish of Syracuse, Hattie Ricks-Green of Suffolk, Rochelle Joe of Newport News and George Joe, III of Windsor, VA; her children, Cynthia James, Sandra Cary (Ronald), Dexter Ricks (Angeleen), Angela Robinson and Sherry Ricks; her grandchildren, Shanta Bynum (Rafael), Amber Cary, Xavier Titus and Dalen Ricks; and her great grandchildren, Breanna, Sofiyah Bynum and Gabrielle Mullen. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
