He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leo Propst and Myrtle Lynn Propst (Mitchell); his siblings, Ida Mary Snyder, Velma Blondino, Marilyn Propst, Charles Linaburg, Gene Rader, Arnold Propst, Jerry Propst and Harley Propst; and his grandson Casey Kiser.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Mary Jane Santelli of Franklin One; his children, Jodie Gardner (Rich) of Franklin Two, Kevin Propst (LaJusta) and Dwayne Propst (Karen) of Franklin Two; his brother Jesse Carroll Propst; and also Preceding. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren Six great-grandchildren.
