He is survived by: his children, Betty C. Story (Wayne) of Franklin and William E. "Bubba" Carr, Jr. of Franklin; his sister Florence Barnes of Carrsville; his grandchildren, Kristine Pearce and Stacy Barnes (Wesley); and his great grandchildren, Declan Pearce and John Parker Barnes.
