He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Moon and Mae Moon; his siblings, Charles Moon (Jetta), Elmer Moon (Martha Kate), Bill Moon (Deanna) and Atta Joan Moon; and his son David Moon.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Moon; his daughters, Cathy Moon and Cindy Moon; and his stepchildren, Robin Davis and Nancy Duck (Stephen).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (206 W 4th Ave, Franklin, VA 23851). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sycamore Baptist Church (31120 Sycamore Church Rd, Franklin, VA 23851).
