It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy C Greene Sr. of Franklin, Virginia, born in Gates, North Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Wayne Greene and Marguerite Whitley Greene; and his brothers, Wayne and Jerry Greene. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Chappell Greene; his son Roy Clyde Green, Jr.; his siblings, Larry Greene (Lisa), Annabell G. Jerningan (Gerald), Patricia G. Connolly and Margie Babb (Brian); his grandchildren, Cortney G Minga (W. C.), Jordyn Greene and Wyatt Greene; and his great grandchild Caroline Mae Minga.
