He is survived by: his wife Tileatha Branch Mayfield; his children, Chelsea and Thaddeus; his sisters, Bernice Ann (Michael) and Joyce Ann; his aunts, Dollie Mayfield, Doris Wiggins and Bernice Marie Mayfield; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Branch and Lavern Branch (Anthony). He is also survived by five nephews, a niece, a great-niece and great-nephew, and a host of cousins and friends.
