He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Carlyn Elliott Sr. and Dorothy Mae Elliott of Black Creek, Virginia.; his sister Dorothy Laverne Urquhart; his grandson Alson Cromwell III; and his former wife Carolyn F. Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Fenton Elliott; his children, Candance Cromwell (Alson), Charity Elliott, Ralphel Elliott Jr. (Jamie), Lloyd A. Elliott Sr. (Robyn), Johnathan Elliott (Christel), Joseph Elliott (Alissa), Amanda Hoskins (Tadarrian) and Jacqueline Winborne (Thurman); and his grandchildren, Carlissa Lashay Jenkins, Ariel Elliott, Asia Blowe, Jackson Elliott, Lloyd A. Elliott Jr., Liam Elliott, Kyra Cromwell, Allyson Cromwell, Alyssa Cromwell, Ralphel Elliott III, Madelyn Elliott, Isaiah Elliott, Braxton Elliott, Curtis Elliott, Connor Elliott, Sariah Elliott, Aiden Elliott, Nadia Elliott, Ihari Hoskins, Kennedi Winborne and Jordan Fenton. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
