Though Michael Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bach and Vivian Griggs; and his brother Peter Bach. He is survived by: his children, Rhett Michael Bach and Mick Cooper Bach; his siblings, Susan Cornwell (Timmy) and Christopher Bach; his close friend Wayne Duke; and also Becky Rudash. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and three great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bethel Assembly of God (8904 S Quay Rd, Suffolk, VA 23437). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Bethel Assembly of God, where Mike was a member.
