She was predeceased by: her father Larry McCoy Boone; and her stepfather Crawford Whitehead. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Hunter; her husband John Faulcon; her daughters, LaTonya Boone Hunter (Charance) and LaVonya Boone; her stepdaughters, Deborah Whitehead DeLoatch, Marguerite Whitehead Simmons and Wanda Dionne Whitehead Davis; her siblings, Lorraine Ennis, Bobby Ray Hunter (Leonita) and Deontae J. Hunter (Christine); her grandchildren, Deshenell, Jayla, Cyniah, Jaleya and Janay; her stepgrandchildren, Tiffany DeLoatch Brooks (Jarrod), Daryl DeLoatch, Brittany Henry-Simmons (Kelly), Justin Davis and Khyree Henry-Simmons; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Tanner and Audrey Ricks; and her close friend Gloria P. Hanna.
