He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Paul Flythe and Julia Kathleen Grizzard Flythe; his grandparents, Ricky Grizzard (Leigh Ann), Stephanie Flynn and William Flythe; and his great-grandparents, Shari Flythe, Sue Grizzard, Rhelda Mortenson and Ronald Thomas. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
