She was predeceased by: her parents, Skidler Brown and Catherine Bailey Brown; and her brothers, Robert and Charles Brown. She is survived by: her husband Melton Rawls Cobb; her children, Cathy C. Felts (David) of Sedley, Robin C. Ellis (Robert Earl, Jr.) of Windsor, Amy R. Cobb of Virginia Beach and Walter A. Cobb of Franklin; her grandchildren, Patrick C. Felts, Madison C. Ellis, Amanda E. Pittman (Ryan), Aaron R. Felts and Meredith E. Speight (John); and her great grandchildren, Thomas James Pittman, Clayton Cobb Ellis and John Earl Speight. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
