She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Billy and Lelia Turner Parker; her husband William L. Baxter; and her daughter Sandra Baxter Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Ada Cutler, Rose Galloway, Toinetta Phillips (James), Aubrey Parker, Otis Parker (Sue), Oliver Parker (Alice) and Clarence Parker (Shirley); her son-in-law Michael Smith, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Michael Smith, Jr. (Keisha), Shannon Harris and Yale Cullins. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
