She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Thomas Edwards and Elma Britt Edwards; her husband James Weldon Weaver; and her siblings, Martha E. Bishop, L. T. Edwards, Jr., Grace Whitfield, Mamie Wilson, Vassie Shelton and Marvin Edwards.
She is survived by: her daughter Kaye Weaver; her pets, Ben and Jerry; and her brothers, Cecil E. Edwards of Franklin, William R. "Bill" Edwards of Franklin and Robert J. "Bobby" Edwards of Franklin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30PM Friday in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to Franklin Presbyterian Church.
