He was predeceased by: his father Julius Munford. He is survived by: his mother Dianne Warren Phelps; his siblings, Ann Caldwell (Scott), Jessica Burns, Timothy Munford and Christopher Munford; and his grandmother Alda Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
