He is survived by: his wife Sally Cummings of Woodville, NY; his former spouses, Robert Mehlenbacher of Livonia, NY and David Hall of Florida; his grandchildren, Alexis Mehlenbacher of Newark, NY and Seth Mehlenbacher (Ciarra) of Irondequoit, NY; his great grandchild Vivian Mehlenbacher; his stepchildren, Danny Shultz, Kristina Cates, Michael Perryman, Kevin Perryman, Ashley, Tyler, Victoria and Kyle; his siblings, Sharon Orbaker of Columbus, Donna Redick (Scott) of Jacksonville, Florida and Tracy Mehlenbacher (Janis) of San Antonio, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Ferreby, Teresa MacNaughton, Ryan Orbaker (Stacey) and Tim Orbaker. He is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
