He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Warner and Evelyn Warner (Vandevander); his siblings, Doris Bennett (Milford), Shelda Warner and Wilson Warner (Rebecca); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Coffman, Gary Whetzel, Bob Nicholsen, Tommy Lawson and Harold Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Whetzel Warner; his children, LeeAnn Shreve (Richard) of Franklin, Allen Warner of Beaver, Alisa Warner of Petersburg and Anthony Warner (Laura) of Monterey, VA; his grandchildren, Curtis Shreve, Adrianne Zajicek (Cody), Autumn and Levi Warner; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Owen Zajicek; his siblings, Rachel Ruddle (William) and William Warner; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Nicholsen, Betty Lawson and Donna Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any Pendleton County Rescue Squad.
