She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashby Smith, Sr. and CoraLee Files Smith; and her husband Carl Walker. She is survived by: her children, Kim Walker-Lee, Karen Lee and Kris Walker (Tabitha); her brother Melvin Smith (Faye); her grandchildren, Krystle, Kory (Brittney), Darnell Lee, Jr. (Sabrina) and Shana; and her sister-in-law Juanita McWilliams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
